The company established in the year of 2010 by Mr. Vishal Aggarwal the proprietor of “The Krishna American Oil Co.” to enlarge the business of Carbides and CNC Toolings in Jalandhar region. The Krishna American Oil Co. was founded in the year 1931 by Late. Lala Bal Krishan Aggarwal in his age of 16. Initially the business was import and export spread over UK, U.S.A. and East Asia region. In the year 1950, we became the only company which ruled this market segment for 20 years under sole owner headship.
With the passage of time, the business was taken over by third generation of the founder. Presently, the company boasts of its wide spread network in all regions of India. “SHASHWAT” taken from name of Mr. Vishal Aggarwal’s elder son. The company is in the direction of Mrs. Rupali Aggarwal wife of Mr. Vishal Aggarwal and escalating in its best mode in the trading business in the Carbides, Cutting Tools and CNC Toolings.
